Shipping Cost
You can determine your shipping cost once your item is added to the shopping cart, select shipping method and click the recalculate button.   S/H includes delivery confirmation/tracking, insurance and in certain circumstances Signature Confirmation (ex. high cost items $200 and above, certain vintage/antique items). Any difference is shipping amount will be invoiced  to customer and must be paid prior to shipping. We keep our shipping cost as low as possible for our customers, having the convenience of delivery to your doorstep.

Shipping/Delivery Times
All purchases are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). Special/custom orders may take extra time, in most cases 4-6, 6-8 or 8-10 weeks depending on item. As it is beyond our control once item leaves our store, and varies by carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times. You may visit the carrier's website or check the map below for estimated delivery times. Please note these are only estimates and vary according to your location and carrier. Please allow enough time for arrival, especially to rural areas, disaster areas where service may be suspended or take longer, during peak seasons, or during inclement weather conditions. If you need your item fast, express delivery is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for available carriers and rates .

Shipping Methods
We use the most economical shipping methods with reputable carriers. Most commonly used carriers include USPS & UPS. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES, physical street address is required.
Please make selection from the available shipping methods:
  Standard   for shipping flat and smaller items
   Expedited  -  for shipping dolls and other larger items
  (Please note: Dolls are shipped Expedited only- please make proper selection at checkout)
    

Damage/Loss Claims
All items are securely packaged within standard shipping guidelines.   In the rare instance that your item is damaged/lost, the Customer must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), for assistance in filing a claim. As normally required by carriers, please keep all packaging, packaging materials, invoices/packing slips, and take photos, as these will be needed to complete claim with carrier.  Please allow appropriate time for delivery, especially during peak seasons. As it is beyond our control, Barbiken's is not responsible for lost/held shipments, non-deliverable, refused, attempted delivery, returned, or unattended packages. Any re-routed/returned shipment will incur additional charges and must be paid by the Customer prior to re-shipping. Customer is responsible for making sure shipping address is correct.

The following map shows estimated carrier delivery times depending on method of shipping. As they vary by carrier, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times . Please order accordingly, Express shipping is available upon request.

International Shipping Guidelines
We are happy to sell to our international customers and ship items  worldwide were allowed. We do not ship to Prohibited/Sanctioned Countries including, but not limited to - (Burma, Cuba, Iran, Lebanon, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe). Shipping guidelines and laws will be followed. We will not falsify custom forms, so please do not ask.  
 
Some items may not be allowed depending on country prohibitions/restrictions or Customer has not meet our International Shipping Policy. Customers may contact us with his/her location and information prior to purchasing for acceptance/approval of item being shipped internationally.

Guidelines to follow:
1) We ship to Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, China, Japan and some other South America and Asian countries. Please inquire if shipping is available to your country prior to purchasing if not listed.  
2) Customer must have a verified Paypal account, and payment must be made in US dollars.
3) Item will only be shipped to the address registered with Paypal and cannot be shipped to an alternate address.
4) Customer is responsible for all license, customs, tariffs, taxes, VAT or other fees that may be levied against any purchase being shipped internationally. These are not shipping fees, but fees charged by receiving country.

5) Customer agrees to the terms of our
Return Policy
if a return of an item is authorized by Barbiken's.

International Shipping Costs
Once item is added to shopping cart, select one of the International shipping methods and click the recalcualte button to receive total.  Any differences in shipping cost depend on receiving country's available method of shipping. If necessary a final invoice will be sent to Customer upon completion of sale with the correct total once we receive your location and postal code, stating the acceptable shipping method of your country. All international buyers must provide a valid telephone number to meet custom requirements.

International Shipping Methods
Standard International  - for shipping small, flat, unbreakable items - ships via First Class International or Priority International Flat Rate (no insurance available)
Expedited International  - for shipping dolls and other larger items - includes Ordinary Indemnity coverage up to limits as specified by receiving country (see your country's list for covered amounts), or insurance may be purchased which replaces the Ordinary Indemnity coverage. Larger items may be shipped Global Express or UPS and depends on receiving country, size, weight, restrictions, etc.
Other shipping methods may be available upon request.
