Return Policy

Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us. We work with all our customers on reasonable requests for returns within our company policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause, however due  to the nature of some of the items we sell, and the problems we have had with switching items and credit card fraud,  the following applies:
1)  Vintage, NRFB, Old- But-New, Used, Collectible
items are ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AS IS   as stated, unless they are significantly different than described. Request for return on these type items will be handled on a case by case basis.   If something is important to you that you do not see in our item descriptions, or you have a particular question, please ask prior to purchasing.
2) New regular stock items   have a 7-day return policy. 
Occasionally returns are necessary
 (example: wrong item was sent, item received was red not green as described, etc.).
3) Special/Custom/OOAK orders are non-returnable and non-refundable as these type items cannot be re-stocked or re-sold, and are to customer's specifications. We work very closely with our Customer's on these orders to assure their satisfaction of the final product.

Return Item Guidelines and Policy (applies to all returns ) :    
~Customer must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving item  requesting to return item.
~If authorized, Customer will be given a RMA# with instructions for return.
~Returned item must be received back to Barbiken's within 7 days of return approval.
~Return is at customer's expense, unless it was our mistake. We highly recommend customer insure return, with delivery confirmation/tracking, proof of delivery back to Barbiken's. If item is not insured and item gets damaged/lost no credit/refund will be authorized.
~All items for return must be in the same condition as it left our store, unopened, undamaged & sealed in their package/box.
~No return will be accepted without prior authorization and RMA#.
~Opened/damaged packages/boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable. For items that were received damaged  please see our
Damage/Loss Policy under Shipping .

Authorized returns will be in the following manner:

Upon receipt, inspection and approval of returned item, credit/refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus S&H and a 20% return handling/processing fee to cover our costs ( fee waived if it was our mistake ) , as follows :

~ Merchandise Credit -   items that have been authorized for  Merchandise Credit will be valid for 3 months. Customer will receive an email with credit code, amount, validation date and instructions on how to redeem. Please allow 5-10 business days.
~ Refunds -
items that have been authorized for Refund will be credited back to the customer's Paypal account. Please allow 5-10 business days.
~ Exchanges - replacement item will be sent within 3-5 business days of in-stock merchandise after return of original unopened item and payment to re-ship replacement, if applicable .
